Booking
- How old do I have to be?
- 18. That is the whole fleet, not a cheap corner of it. Most Miami companies will not rent to you until 25.
- What do I need to rent?
- A valid driver's licence, full coverage (comprehensive & collision), and a card in your own name for the hold. That is it.
- How do I know a car is actually free?
- Every car on the site shows live availability. Green days are open, red days are already taken. Pick your dates and you will see the full cost before you commit to anything.
- How quickly will you get back to me?
- Usually within minutes during opening hours. You get a text and an email the moment a booking goes through, and Dudley calls to confirm. If you would rather just talk, call or text (561) 517-3771.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Yes, with 48 hours' notice. Call or text as early as you can and we will move it.
Money
- What is the deposit?
- A refundable hold from $500, depending on the car. It is an authorisation, not a charge: the money is never taken, just held, and it is released 24 to 48 hours after you bring the car back.
- Is there a card fee?
- Paying by card adds 7% to the total, which is what it costs us to accept one. You can avoid it entirely by paying with Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal. The daily rate is the same either way.
- Do you take a discount for longer rentals?
- Yes. 3 days or more takes $75 off, applied automatically. A Friday to Sunday weekend counts.
- Are there hidden fees?
- No. The price at checkout is the price, plus delivery if you are outside the free zone and the card fee if you pay by card. Both are shown before you confirm.
Delivery
- Where do you deliver?
- Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade. We bring it to your hotel, your Airbnb or the airport. Palm Beach free, Broward $100, Miami-Dade $150.
- Can I collect it myself?
- Yes. Call and we will arrange a time and a place that works.
Mileage
- How many miles do I get?
- 100 miles a day, included. For almost every rental that is more than enough. It is a weekend in Miami, not a road trip.
- What if I go over?
- $1 a mile over the allowance. No drama, it is just added at the end. If you know in advance you will need more, tell us when you book and we will sort it out beforehand.
- What if I go over and do not say anything?
- $2 a mile. The higher rate is for not telling us, not for the miles. An unreported overage can mean the car misses its next booking, so a text costs you nothing and saves you half.
The car
- Does it come with a full tank?
- Yes, and we ask that you bring it back the same way. Otherwise we refuel it and add what it cost.
Insurance
- Do I need my own insurance?
- Yes. full coverage (comprehensive & collision). We check it before you drive. If you are not sure whether yours covers a rental, send us a photo of your policy and we will look.
- What happens if something goes wrong?
- Call (561) 517-3771 straight away. Do not arrange anything yourself. Every car is covered and we would far rather hear about it early.
Filming
- Will I be filmed?
- Sometimes. Dudley posts handovers and the cars on his social media, and you will be asked to agree to that at checkout. You can decline and still rent. It changes nothing about the price or the car.
